These terms cover your use of the Swipe Saver website, including its calculators, rate report card, quote requests and our text message program. Merchant accounts are governed by a separate merchant agreement you'll receive before you sign up.
Estimates are estimates
Savings figures, plan comparisons and interchange rates on this site are estimates based on the numbers you enter and on typical published rates. Your actual cost depends on your card mix, industry, how cards are accepted and the card networks' current rates. A written quote from your specialist is the basis for any price.
No guarantee of approval
Every merchant account is subject to underwriting and approval by our sponsor bank and processing partners. Some industries require a reserve or other conditions, which we'll explain before you sign.
Surcharge and cash discount programs
Information about surcharging and cash discounts on this site is a general summary, not legal advice. Card network rules and state laws change. We review your state's rules during setup, and you remain responsible for operating your program as agreed.
Text message program
- Program: Swipe Saver quote and account updates.
- What you'll receive: messages about your quote request, application and account setup.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP, or email getswipesavers@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using this site
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or submit someone else's information. The site's content and design belong to Swipe Saver.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Swipe Saver isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or relying on its estimates.
